Forgiveness is the gift of Freedom you give to yourself for rapid evolution. Forgiveness is to say, I am stronger and wiser than you so I can live with your errors.

Unforgiveness is the permission you give to yourself to suffer pain. The grudge you hold against someone is in you and is fermenting in you causing you to degenerate.

True forgiveness occurs when with the memory of the event that gave you pain you feel joy for the great lessons learnt.

Life is a miracle and you are a unit of the great magic. When you discover this you celebrate miracles as your life.

Bible says, Honor your father and mother so that you live long.

To honor is to find what is praiseworthy in a person and celebrate it.

You carry the genes of your parents in equal proportion. If you look for the errors in parents to have something to blame, you actually, water those seeds in their genes within you and they grow fast.

Life is about giving. The sun gives out light; plants use the light to produce food; humans eat of the food and must also give.

True giving is the energy you release to advance yourself. It may be given in the form of money, service or counsel. When given in and with joy, the joy heals your bones and opens you to creativity. Besides, you are connected to the good feeling of the recipient and that connects you to the universal energy of good.

Practice giving to enrich your own life.

Love is not animalistic passion or sentiment.

Love is the practice of seeing the good and the divine in yourself and in all of life.

When you see the good and, or the divine in yourself, you will love yourself and in others, you will love them.

The practice of love requires that you make a list of the things you appreciate yourself and others for and focus on them. This will open your energy pathways for the inflow of universal good, which is primarily based on love.
