Christ Mission 1: Divine Empowerment

Jesus lived and died to make you aware that you are divine and that your divine nature is available to you even now. The Bible affirms this in the following:

We were created in God’s Spiritual image and likeness and blessed to expand and express the qualities of God. Genesis 1:26-28.

We fell from that grace of full God expression by yielding to the persuasions of the senses instead of the spirit within and this is allegorically expressed in the book of Genesis. Genesis 3: 1-17.

Salvation, therefore, is to restore you to your original status as the image and likeness of God. John 10:30-34

Jesus started his ministry with the teaching that you must repent your old ways of thinking and being, for “The Kingdom of God” is within your reach. Matthew 4:17.

The first request in the master prayer that Jesus taught, The Lord’s Prayer, is “Thy Kingdom Come!” Matthew 6:10.

Jesus taught that your Primary Purpose must be: “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness…”Matthew 6:33.

To the obvious question by the Pharisees when the Kingdom would come, Jesus answered  “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’[a] For indeed, The Kingdom of God is WITHIN You.” Luke 17:20-21 KJV or NKJV.

“The Kingdom is WITHIN you” is the greatest empowerment message in the world and the Anti-Christ will not want you know it, hence the churches do not teach it.  Also, there is a systematic attempt by “the Powers that be” to disempower and spiritually disenfranchise you by removing it from the Bible.

For example, the same verse in the New American Standard Bible and in the New American Bible (Revised edition), which are designed to replace the King James Version and the New King James Versions state thus:

Asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, he said in reply, “The coming of the kingdom of God cannot be observed, and no one will announce, ‘Look, here it is,’ or, ‘There it is.’ For behold, the kingdom of God is among you.”

The kingdom of God is WITHIN you has changed to the kingdom of God is among you.  This subtle twist is to infer that Jesus was referring to himself as the Kingdom of God. But the verse 20 to 21a had clearly stated that:

“The coming of the kingdom of God cannot be observed, and no one will announce, ‘Look, here it is,’ or, ‘There it is.’

And common sense teaches that the fruits of the Kingdom, such as love, joy, peace and wisdom all come from within you.

The Anti-Christ: If your church does not teach you that the Kingdom of God is within you and cannot provide you with the keys to gain access to it, then it is Anti-Christ.

If the King and His Kingdom is within you, then you and the King are one; and when Jesus taught that, they took up stones to kill him. Again, he reminded them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods”? John 10:30-34.

The “Kingdom within” as Jesus’ cardinal teaching gave the Jews the reason to crucify him because it was blasphemy punishable by death to make such a claim.   Mat 26:59-66). Hence, the death of Jesus is meaningless if you do not stand up for what he died for.

The Anti-Christ:  We see the Antichrist churches teaching you to just mention the name of Jesus in order to gain entry into God’s Kingdom rather than his practical approach of taking up your cross and following him. (Mark 8:34; Mat 7:21-23).
