The Two Accusations of Jesus

Jesus was accused for claiming to be the son of God and for being a king.

Jesus did not deny the divine accusation for which he was killed. “Are you the child of God?” He said yes I am, (Matthew 26: 63-64, John 18:33-37). Jesus will never deny his divinity. He taught that the Kingdom is within you, and if the Kingdom is within me then I and the Father are one, (Luke 17:20-21, John 10:30).  “I am the king in the indwelling kingdom of my soul.” You are the king or landlord of your inner thoughts and feelings, so rule them.

When the Jews wanted reason to kill him they asked him are the child of God? Jesus would not deny his divinity and answered in the affirmative saying, that is what you have said and you “will see me in higher glory.” (Luke 22:70).

Live in the divinity of the power presence of God that you are. No matter the degree of betrayal, accusation or ridicule, stand in the absolute divinity that you are an extension of God. “God in me as me is God.”

So Jesus was accused of the divine and human Kingdoms. Pilate asked if he said he is the king of the Jews and he did not deny.

God is the source and the resource of your lives and as such you are a king in the Kingdom of God. When God is your father then you are either a prince or a princes in the kingdom of God, and Bible confirms that you are all heirs to the throne of God. (Galatians 3:26-29).

When asked if he was the king of the Jews, he responded, “My kingdom is not of this world.” John 8: 36. Truly, then, you have a kingdom but it is not of this world. There is an infinite spiritual kingdom of love, intelligence and creativity within you and you are here on earth to use its resource to cultivate your kingdom within. All pains are opportunities to exercise your muscles of love, wisdom, counsel and creativity.
