And that you put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Ephesians 4: 24

As you grow up you did a few things wrong and for each of them they posted some negative label on you. You received labels like, “you are good for nothing” and that is never true. Other labels are, “you are hopeless; bad boy or bad girl”.

These labels are not true of you but as you get worried about them it makes you focus on them and over time you either forget who you are or have difficulty embracing the sweet person that you are.

Now, you can agree with the Scripture that you are created after God in righteousness and in true holiness.

Stand in front of a mirror and make this call, “Where is the noble child of God who He created in righteousness and in true holiness’? Oh righteous, noble God-self of me, rise and shine the glory of God your Creator.”3x

For at least three other times in the day, repeat the call wherever you are and not necessarily in front of a mirror.
